SERVICE AND WARRANTY

Any request for AFTER-SALES SERVICE must be submitted to the dealer from whom you have purchased your machine.
If necessary, a technician will call you back to troubleshoot your problem on the phone and to locate the defective part.

All the parts washer components are covered by a 1-year warranty, excluding parts subject to normal use (brush, filters, hoses, etc.) and parts damaged due to improper use, negligence or accidents. The warranty applies exclusively if the parts washer is operated correctly and the cleaning solution and microorganism tablets recommended by the supplier are used.
Machine under warranty :

  • Download the return form and fill it.
  • Return the defective part to your dealer attaching a copy of the invoice and the return form.
  • The part is checked as soon as it is received in our factory. The part is then troubleshooted. A decision is made on whether to replace or repair it.
  • Shipping expenses are at your own cost (any package received under carriage forward terms will be rejected). Return expenses are included in the warranty.

Machine out of warranty :

  • The new part will be shipped to you as soon as you place the order with your dealer.
  • If troubleshooting on the phone did not identify the defective part, return the electromechanical unit (shipping and return costs will be at your own cost). Our company will issue a quotation for repair works that will be submitted to you for acceptance.

Returns from the AFTER-SALES SERVICE including all the required documents will be treated priority.
